All Gray Sunglasses products have a 6-month warranty from purchase by the Customer. The guarantee will cover damage that is considered to be caused naturally by the passage of time, such as loss of color in the lenses or stains on them, screws in the hinges that have become loose, loss of the original color in the frame, but in In no case will it cover those damages considered deliberately caused. In the latter case, the glasses can be delivered to Gray Sunglasses for repair.

Shipping in 24/48 to all of Spain and free for purchases over €50.

• You have a period of 30 days from when you receive the glasses to return it.
• Remember that the glasses you send us must be in perfect condition when we receive them and with all the accessories with which we send them to you (case, sock/cleaning cloth,...).
• If upon receiving the glasses we see that it is not in a state suitable for sale, we will not be able to make the change.
• In no case is the money for the purchased glasses returned.
